Rules to protect you and the machine
1. The OHV Rental Contract must be signed before operating any ATV/UTV. *Renters must be 21 years old.
2. A helmet must be worn at all times while operating and riding an ATV/UTV.
3. Do not operate the ATV/UTV in a reckless manner. Use both hands on the steering apparatus and sit in the seat.
4. Obey all OHV traffic laws & signs. Do not drive faster than posted speed limit.
5. Do not carry passengers other than as originally intended on the vehicle with the seating provided.
6. Ride at your current skill level. Don’t push your limit. BE CAREFUL!
7. DO NOT EVER jump the ATV/UTV. Do NOT participate in any race or other contest.
8. Any ATV/UTV rollover requires payment of recovery services plus cost of repairs and rental down time.
9. Do NOT tow other ATVs, UTVs, or other vehicles and do not have them tow you and your rental. In case of breakdown call (435) 851-3407. Please do not leave a disabled UTV alone.
10. Please secure the ATV/UTV, or any equipment, when leaving it unattended. Be aware of other riders and vehicles.
11. Bad weather cancellations will be determined by Outback Recreation upon the observation of the weather conditions in Manti, Utah. If it is determined the weather is too severe to honor your reservation your deposit will be credited towards another date in the same calendar year. Once you have picked up the UTV from Outback Recreation there will be NO credit or refunds due to weather conditions.
12. Insurance is not provided by Outback Recreation LLC. You will be responsible for any and all damages or injuries. Please read the OHV Rental Contract and consult with your insurance agent.
